These terms govern the use of martinezvilloria.com. By browsing the site, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. If this translation differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Who provides this site

2. Property information
Information about each property is published in good faith with the data available, and is for reference only:
- Prices, availability and terms may change without notice. A property may be sold or rented before the site is updated.
- Each price is shown in the currency stated (RD$ or US$). Currency conversions are approximate.
- Areas in square meters and in tareas are approximate. Photos and illustrations may not reflect the property’s current condition.
- For the owners’ safety, we do not publish exact addresses.
Nothing published here is a binding offer. The terms of each transaction are confirmed in writing, with the property documents at hand, before signing.
3. Advisory services
Using the site does not create an advisory or agency relationship. That relationship, and any fees, are agreed directly with Olga Martínez Villoria before any work begins.
4. Mortgage calculator and guides
The mortgage calculator gives a rough estimate and is not a financing offer. The actual payment depends on the bank, your profile and current conditions. Guides and articles are for information only and do not replace advice for your specific case.
5. Permitted use
You agree to use the site lawfully. You may not:
- Copy, automatically extract or republish the site’s properties, photos or texts without written permission.
- Send false information or impersonate another person.
- Try to access non-public parts of the site or disrupt how it works.
6. Intellectual property
The MartinezVilloria brand, logo, texts, design and the site’s own photos belong to Olga Martínez Villoria or are used with their authors’ permission. Some photos come from owners or from free-licence image banks.

The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram or LinkedIn. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or privacy policies.

We do our best to keep the site working and its information up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of the site’s information, without the written confirmation described in point 2.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Distrito Nacional, Santo Domingo.
