How it works

If you sell

  1. We talk in a virtual meeting about your property, your timeline and the price.
  2. We review the title and the documents.
  3. We prepare the listing with good photos and a clear description.
  4. I arrange the visits and support you in the negotiation.
  5. We close with a contract, secure payment and the title transfer.

If you rent it out

  1. We talk in a virtual meeting about your property and what you expect.
  2. We set the rent, the deposit, the term and whether it is furnished.
  3. We list the property and I handle the inquiries.
  4. We screen the tenant: identity, income and references.
  5. We sign the lease and hand over the property with an inventory.

Documents to have at hand

  • The property title certificate.
  • The owners’ identity documents.
  • Property tax (IPI) receipts, if applicable.
  • Plans or survey, if you have them.
  • In a condominium, proof that maintenance fees are up to date.

Frequently asked questions

How much do you charge?

Fees are agreed in writing before we start and depend on the type of transaction. I explain them in our first conversation, with no commitment.

Can I sell or rent out if I live abroad?

Yes. We talk by video call and, to sign, you can authorize a trusted person with a power of attorney.

How long does it take to sell or rent?

It depends on the area, the type of property and the price. A realistic price and documents in order are what speed things up the most.

I am not sure whether selling or renting suits me better. Can you help me decide?
