I’m Olga Martínez Villoria, and since 2004 I have guided families, investors and businesses through buying, selling and renting property in the Dominican Republic.

I came to real estate through the law. As a civil law attorney, I worked closely on property transactions: sales, rentals, land, farms, tourism lots, houses and apartments. That legal foundation is still my greatest advantage: I review every transaction with the care of someone who knows what lies behind a contract.

I love this work because it brings together three things I enjoy: researching every property in depth, negotiating the best terms for my clients, and working with people. More than 500 clients and over 20 years later, I still bring the same attention, dedication, commitment and honesty I had on day one.

In a market still largely guided by custom rather than specific regulation, my commitment is to give you clarity, transparency and peace of mind at every step.
